In April 2008 we signed the lease on the Saxapahaw (Buddy Collins) Community Center.

This 6000 square ft. gym with adjoining rooms, and bathrooms! ( a 1st for us) is people ready right now. We have a lot of work from shelf building to wall painting, to do before we can completely be in there. The possibilities are very exciting. We will be eventually having puppet shows, music, dances, and much more.

You can find us on Saxapahaw Road, just off of Highway 54 11 miles west of Carrboro. The address is
 6079 Saxapahaw Swepsonville Rd. Saxapahaw, NC 27140.

The not-for-profit group Saxapahaw Community Chest are the owners and if you'd like to make a tax-deductible contribution toward keeping the doors open and infrastructure you can make it to them. Put Paperhand in the memo line so they can get to us.
